Owner Barbara Hill is a makeup professional who has been trained by top professionals in media and grooming makeup. In 2001 she started Bridal Artistry to focus on providing quality on-site makeup services to brides in the greater Washington DC area. Barbara gained her reputation and clientele mainly by word-of-mouth but now has been featured in The Washington Business Journal and area media.

Bridal Artistry has expanded to a multi-ethnic team of makeup artists and hair stylists. Together we represent over 30 years of experience with all ethnicities and skin tones. Team members have done work with CNN, MTV and other major media outlets as well as training for cosmetic companies, theatrical, film and print media makeup and hair styling.

Our goal is to connect with the bride at the pre-wedding consultation to get a feel for her style and desired look. We take pride in our reputation for trustworthy, friendly service and beautiful results!
