Over a decade, top professional makeup artists and hairstylists have partnered with Bridal Artistry to become the DC area’s premier multi-ethnic pro team for your wedding or special event. Our goal is to connect with the bride from the first contact and the trial consultation to get a feel for her wedding style and desired look. BARBARA, professional makeup artist and color analyst, began focusing on wedding makeup when she started Bridal Artistry in 2001. Her background in the field of international leader exchange has benefitted in serving multi-cultural brides and wedding parties in the DC area. Teaching makeup lessons & finding skin care solutions for clients are favorites for Barbara. AUDREY is a professional makeup artist. She began her training in Chicago and traveled around the country to refine her techniques. She incorporates the skills acquired from her diverse training and cultural background to create looks that are beautiful and timeless. She is an avid listener, who receives inspiration from the details of an event to provide each client a truly unique and personalized makeup experience. Audrey also speaks Korean.

DAWN is a Master Makeup Artist who has been designing faces for all types of media for 16+ years. As a National Makeup Artist for Estee Lauder, she traveled extensively for events and training. Dawn knows that a great look starts with a great foundation, which coincides with her mission statement: “All things are possible with a Great Foundation – in life and in makeup.”

Norma Rios is a professional hairstylist & makeup artist, who, as a teen, started studying hairstyling & makeup artistry while visiting in her mom’s native Bolivia. Having worked in salons, at a cosmetic counter, & on video & editorial shoots, along with doing wedding hair & makeup, Norma has broad experience (8+ years) and a calm professional demeanor. She began doing makeup professionally for weddings and special events in the Punta del Este resort/conference area of Uruguay, before moving to the DC area in 2006. A licensed cosmetologist, hairstyling is her specialty and Shaunda loves creating both classic and new edgy looks! Her expert knowledge in creating hair extensions and wigs as well as techniques like texturizing, brings special skills that can be useful to brides needing extras.
